Duygu Alkan: Turkish music vocal workshop

Duygu Alkan is a classical & traditional Turkish music singer, songwriter, educator based in the Netherlands. She has completed her bachelor at Ege Conservatory State Turkish Music Conservatory and her master studies at Codarts University of Rotterdam. 

Beside her performing side, she is teacher of Turkish vocal arts.
During her musical career, Duygu has continuously performed in musical venues across Europe. She released her debut My Garden’s Perennials in 2021 in multiple languages from Anatolia and Serenad (2022) Turkish love songs with well known master musicians such as Derya Turkan, Cenk Erdogan, Coskun Karademir.

She has performed as musical artist in two theater plays; one of them is Rast theater Amsterdam ‘Elk Hart Huilt and for National Theater Brussels ‘Sons of Abraham’. She recently released her first pop song and touring with her pop band in NL. She has a vocal studio where she teaches individually Turkish vocal music up to 65 students per year.
