De Groep Brussels Expo bestaat uit verschillende dochterondernemingen, waardoor de groep zijn activiteiten kan diversifiëren over drie sectoren (Beurzen en Tentoonstellingen, MICE en Leisure) en twee business lines (Venue Management en Organisatie). Brussels Expo, ontstaan na de wereldtentoonstelling van 1935, is de hoeksteen van de groep. Het wil een ontmoetingsplaats zijn voor economische, commerciële, industriële, wetenschappelijke, culturele en vrijetijdsactiviteiten. Brussels Expo is de Belgische marktleider op het vlak van tentoonstellingsruimte. Tot haar verantwoordelijkheden behoren het beheer van goederen en diensten in verband met de Tentoonstellingshallen, de ING Arena (concertzaal) en de concertzaal "La Madeleine".
